I’m Kayden Robinson-Coley, founder of KRC Football, a current non-league footballer and football content creator with more than two million views on YouTube.
Having been a full-time football coach for 2 years now, I’ve seen that meaningful development begins with understanding how a player performs in real matches—not simply putting them through more drills.
I personally assess, plan and deliver every MatchBuilt programme with the support of one of our assistant coaches.
My aim is for every player to finish the programme with genuine clarity on where they are, what is holding them back and what they need to do next—something I lacked for years as a developing player.

FAQ
Where are the sessions delivered?
Individual coaching sessions are delivered at Redcar Town Football Club. This ensures a high-performance environment for your child's development.
Can sessions be rescheduled?
Yes, sessions can be rearranged. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to Kayden to reschedule your session. This allows us to maintain a consistent coaching schedule for the player.
What if the match is cancelled?
If the match being assessed is cancelled, the assessment can be rescheduled.
When does the programme begin?
The eight-week programme begins after the initial match assessment and the completion of the personalised development plan. This ensures a direct connection between the player's game and the training.
When is the final review delivered?
The final review and a new self-led eight-week training plan will be delivered within seven days of the programme ending. This plan is designed for the player to follow independently, providing clear direction for their continued development beyond MatchBuilt.
Is MatchBuilt suitable for academy players?
MatchBuilt is designed for serious competitive players aged 8–18. It is particularly effective for players who are 'all in' when it comes to football and are looking to improve their match performance.
Can we purchase sessions only?
A coaching-only block is available for families who do not require the complete MatchBuilt process. This allows for a more flexible investment in individual training without the full assessment.
